The Company began in 1997 and worked very closely with the Laser Manufacturers to evaluate and improve the efficiency of their lasers. Lasercom’s primary focus was to satisfy their customer’s needs. This commitment led to the research and development of more efficient systems. LCI Lasercom now proudly offers a treatment using state-of-the-art equipment that virtually eliminates pain.
In view of the fact that there is very little Government control in this field, LCI Lasercom has developed an in-depth Laser training program with the help and cooperation of Electrolysis schools and their Medical Directors. This course is mandatory for all technicians and is also approved by the Insurance Companies.
Programs are continuously updated to keep pace with the new technologies that are constantly being developed. This involves gathering important information at the many Medical Conventions and Trade Shows that LCI Lasercom attends.
It is mandatory for all their technicians to be either qualified electrologists or registered nurses. This is understandable considering the variety of delicate procedures that must be performed. Better trained and qualified technicians make all the difference.

LCI is dedicated to client satisfaction. I believe what is takes to do this is a great training program and lots of experience. LCI has invested in both. Since I joined LCI as the Kitchener Regional Manager, I have personally performed so many of laser hair removal procedures.
We offer a free consultation and patch test to each client before we begin their course of treatment. The initial consultation is the most important part of our service. We ask all of our clients to fill out a brief medical questionnaire. The patch test we perform at the end of the consultation determines the proper energy level for the client’s hair and skin type. This allows us to perform safe and effective treatments. I’m always available to consult with clients at any time during their laser treatments.

Unwanted Hair & Moles

Microdermabrasion

Each client’s initial visit begins with a short initial consultation, typically lasting between five to fifteen minutes, designed to help the client identify the best treatment for their skincare goals.
LCI's microdermabrasion removes the upper layer of skin cells from the face, which helps minimize fine lines, shrink pores, and combat hyperpigmentation. The glycolic acid chemical peel, whose strength is tailored to each client, evens out skin tone while minimizing scars, wrinkles, and large pores.
